Thank you for your comment, Cedric. Your tutorial on AstroSurf helped me get the right setting of the saturated disk for acquisition. On that day, we had typical tropical inter-monsoon weather with bright sunshine and average atmospheric transparency. Temperature was 33deg C. I did a slight background removal but did not help much. Is there something that I can do with to the halo effect and the lines in the background?

I don't see anything either... So either the signal was too weak, or, could be that the detected line is not what you expect. Do not hesitate to try different lines as reference.
Looks like you have insufficient pixel shift to be at the continuum. You should be around 1.5Å off H-alpha, which, given the spectral dispersion you have, should be about 16 pixels.
20 is a lot, going probably beyond the recommended 5 minutes span. Usually I don't go beyond 12 scans, mostly in the 8-12 range. More scans would actually blur because of actual movement.
Nouvel essai à partir de Inti-partner,donc on peut modifier un peu les clichés,comme ici ces deux clichés sont passés sur PhotoShop CS5,mais il ne faut pas les mettre dans un autre dossier (hors de capture) sinon ça ne fonctionne pas!
